Testimonials

I have known James for over six years, when he was newly appointed as a Block Manager to a property I maintained, since then I’ve worked alongside him on several properties. I have found James & his team to be most creative and resourceful giving clear and concise instructions and never afraid to ask a question or your opinion. James applies common sense and sound judgment to advice given. I find James very approachable, easy to work with and all your effort is rewarded with prompt payment as agreed.

Proactive Property Maintenance
NG have been managing River Crescent for the past 18 months & the difference is like chalk & cheese! They are always at the end of a phone & reply to emails very quickly! They are always happy to come to River Crescent for group one to one meetings. We have seen lots of outstanding issues previously not addressed have now either been resolved or are in the pipeline to complete.
